One of the most popular samba singers in Brazil, Diogo Nogueira is a singer, composer, instrumentalist, and actor. He has sold over a million copies of his CDs and DVDs, winning two Latin Grammys and repeatedly reaching Gold and Platinum statuses for his releases. He starred in the 2015 musical SamBRA and hosted the TV program “Samba na Gamboa” and the radio program “Batukada Boa” on Transcontinental Radio (São Paulo). He has just released Munduê, his first CD of all self- authored songs.
